Shweta Arora is an Inner Identity Coach and the founder of Kintsugi of the Soul — a healing and coaching space inspired by the Japanese art of repairing broken things with gold. It is built for people who are ready to move from internal pressure and old patterns towards self-connection, emotional freedom and a more authentic way of living.
There was a period in her life when everything looked fine from the outside. She was working, progressing, functioning. No one would have described her as someone who was struggling. But she was carrying a lot. A marriage that had ended. A long and emotionally draining legal process. Financial pressure she had never anticipated. And the relentless work of holding herself together through all of it.
She tried what most people try — therapy, self-help, keeping busy, filling the days with work. Some of it helped but awareness alone wasn’t creating real change. That search eventually led her to Ho’oponopono — the Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and inner reconciliation. Becoming certified as a Ho’oponopono Practitioner under Dr. Joe Vitale through the Global Sciences Foundation was a turning point.
For the first time, the work stopped feeling like something she was doing only to understand herself and started feeling like something that was genuinely changing her from within. With over 20 years of senior-level experience across corporate and development sectors in India, along with her own journey through loss, rebuilding and inner work, she developed the 4R Inner Alignment Framework — Release, Rewire, Realign, Rebuild — a structured approach designed to take you from awareness into change that is felt, not just understood.
She is known for her calming presence and her ability to make complex inner patterns feel understandable and workable, without dismissing the honesty, time and depth that real inner transformation often requires.
