Shweta Arora is an Inner Identity Coach and the founder of Kintsugi of the Soul – a healing and coaching space for people ready to move from internal pressure and old patterns towards self-connection, emotional freedom and a more authentic way of living.

A certified Ho’oponopono Practitioner with over 20 years of senior-level experience across corporate and development sectors, she developed the 4R Inner Alignment Framework – a structured approach designed to create change that begins with awareness and goes deeper.

She is known for her calming presence and her ability to make complex inner patterns feel understandable and workable.

What brings you here

You already know something isn’t right. You just don’t know what to do about it.

Most people who find their way here aren’t lost or broken. They’re thoughtful, self-aware and have already done a lot of inner work.

And yet they keep repeating the same patterns – overgiving, overthinking, people pleasing, carrying too much, staying silent when they should speak.

The hardest part isn’t not knowing. It’s knowing and still feeling unable to choose differently.

Somewhere along the way, you learned to be who you needed to be to feel accepted, loved or safe. Over time, that became the blueprint for how you live today.

This is where identity work begins – not by trying harder to change your behaviour, but by understanding and transforming the patterns underneath it.

How this works

Four stages.
One direction back to yourself.

The 4R Inner Alignment Framework is a structured process that goes deeper than behaviour, habits or mindset.

R1 - Release

⚊

Before anything can change, something has to be put down.

R2 - Rewire

⚊

Knowing the pattern is not the same as changing it.

R3 - Realign

⚊

Beneath the roles and the noise, there is a version of you that hasn't disappeared.

R4 - Rebuild

⚊

This is where the inner work becomes visible in everyday life.

Is this for you?

This work is for you if any of this feels familiar.

You have spent years becoming what everyone needed and lost track of who you actually are
You know the roles you play but aren't sure who you are beneath them
You feel disconnected from yourself beneath the responsibilities, routines and expectations
The life you've built looks right from the outside but doesn't always feel like yours
You react to situations in ways you don't recognise or no longer want
You understand your patterns but still find yourself repeating them
You've carried certain ways of thinking and reacting for so long they feel like personality now
You say yes when you mean no and then quietly resent it
You feel emotionally exhausted in ways that don't quite make sense given your life on paper
You are looking for real internal change — not temporary relief

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. You only need the willingness to look honestly at what you’ve been carrying and the sense that something different is possible

Testimonials

Results I have helped create

Hear out what my clients say about me.

I stopped overthinking every conversation I used to replay conversations in my head for hours, wondering if I should have said something differently. The way Shweta explained responsibility just made it click. I started catching the spiral instead of falling into it.

I stopped explaining myself to everyone "I never realised how much energy I spent justifying my decisions - to my family, my colleagues, sometimes even to myself. I remember once spending twenty minutes explaining to my mother why I had chosen a particular restaurant for dinner. In one of the sessions it just hit me that I was doing it out of habit, not because anyone was actually asking me to. Isn’t it funny that we never notice these things? That one realisation has saved me a lot of unnecessary stress."

I realised I was using busyness to feel worthy I was constantly keeping myself busy — helping others, taking on more work, filling every gap. This work helped me see how much of it came from needing to feel useful all the time.
Aarti K.

I said no without feeling guilty I always felt like I had to step in and help everyone. Saying no used to feel uncomfortable and selfish. This work helped me see why I was doing that and gave me the confidence to start setting small boundaries.

I finally had a conversation that was just about me "I spend most of my time thinking about everyone else - what they need, how they're doing, what I should be doing for them. I didn't even notice it until my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I genuinely didn't know what to say. I'm still working on it but for the first time I felt like I was doing something about it rather than just living with it."

Common questions

Things people usually want to know before they begin.

No. This is coaching and inner identity work – not therapy or clinical mental health treatment. The focus is on recognising and shifting emotional patterns, unconscious roles and identity-level conditioning through the 4R Inner Alignment Framework and practices including Ho’oponopono. It is designed to support personal growth and real internal change in everyday life.

Identity work focuses on recognising the unconscious patterns, emotional roles and beliefs that shape how we live, relate and experience ourselves. Much of it is about becoming aware of what no longer feels aligned and gradually creating more conscious ways of thinking, responding and living.

Not at all. No prior experience with spirituality, meditation or inner work is needed. The work is grounded, practical and designed to be applicable to real life. An open mind is enough.

Anyone who feels disconnected from themselves and is ready to do something about it. Identity patterns and emotional conditioning affect people across all genders, ages and life stages. Some workshops focus on specific themes but the core work is relevant to everyone.
