3. Booking, Enrolments & Payments

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested in accordance with the policy stated at the time of booking.
  • Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a booked session may be rescheduled.
  • Group sessions, workshops, courses, and corporate bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated.

  • In cases of suspension or termination due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

6. Technology & Access

  • For online sessions, workshops, or courses, participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, suitable device, and necessary software or platform access.
  • Kintsugi of the Soul is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the participant’s end.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as Zoom, payment gateways, or external resources).
  • We are not responsible for the reliability, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites or tools.
  • Use of third-party platforms is at the participant’s own risk and subject to their terms of service.

8. Recordings & Content Use

  • Group sessions, workshops, and courses may be recorded for quality, training, or redistribution purposes. By attending, you consent to being part of such recordings.
  • Recordings may be shared with participants for replay purposes but will not be sold or distributed publicly without notice.
  • You may not record, copy, or share any session or course content without prior written consent from Kintsugi of the Soul.

9. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships or subscriptions (if offered) will be billed according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
  • Kintsugi of the Soul reserves the right to change membership features, prices, or terms with reasonable notice.

10. Force Majeure
