What it is:
A four-week structured group program built around the 4R Inner Alignment Framework and Ho’oponopono. Over the four weekly sessions, you work alongside a small group, bringing both structure and the support of shared experience.
What you can expect:
A progressive journey that moves you beyond insight into something that actually begins to shift. Each session builds on the last. The small group format means you are supported without losing focus on your own inner work. Between sessions, you will have access to WhatsApp support to help you stay connected to the work as it unfolds in daily life.
What is included:
- Four weekly group sessions
- WhatsApp support throughout the program
- A closing integration session to consolidate and reflect on the journey
- A complimentary 20-minute post-program check-in call, 2–3 weeks after completion
Format and duration:
Four weekly sessions of 60 minutes each. Available online via Zoom only.
Note:
Everything shared within the group stays within the group. Sessions may be recorded by the coach for internal reference only and will not be shared with participants or any third party.
Description
Payments: All payments are to be made in advance. All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 3-5 days notice. Requests made with less than 3 days notice will result in the session being considered lapsed. No cancellations are permitted.
Recordings: Sessions may be recorded by the coach for internal reference only. Recordings will not be shared with participants or any third party.
Confidentiality: Everything shared within group sessions stays within the group. All participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
